This is the full length novel of The Teachings of Spenser Carlyle series for those who would like to read a longer version instead of short volumes. The story begins with a simple act. A student hands an essay in to an English Teacher. It changes both of their lives forever. Lucas Morgan decides that he wants to belong to Spenser Carlyle but he doesn't know what all that involves. Some teachers act as though they're holding a whip but this one actually does. He owns a club where he's a Master. If Lucas wants to belong to Master Carlyle, he has a lot to learn. Lucas is ready and willing.

Best read in m/m fiction I've experienced

I've listened to a lot of m/m fiction, starting with the beginning of covid until now, like a couple hundred. I'm retired and listen when I'm cooking, cleaning, splitting firewood and other chores. This novel ranks among the very best in terms of plot and character development, and storyline. It held my attention. I was never bored, never distracted. Iggy Toma is my favorite narrator because he has a great voice, never mispronounces words and emotes well. Now I've got another favorite narrator, Tim Page, who also gives a great performance, kudos to both of these actors. This is a great combination of excellent writing and acting. I would love to see more of this combo, please!
