There were many moments regarding a lot of other information that I had read in other books that finally made sense or "clicked".

What did you like best about Solving the Paleo Equation? What did you like least?
It is funny and light
What does Dave von Kleist and Matt Stone bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I think the humor part
Do you think Solving the Paleo Equation needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No
Any additional comments?
This book just makes losing weight more confusing. It basically states that we aren't doing it right but doesn't offer clear cut way of losing weight, almost seems to endorse gaining weight (temporarily) but I am not sure the book explains in enough detail how to lose it after you have gained it. In any event, no woman in her right mind wants to gain any weight even if it has a promise of being leaner later!

Story
This is a very different book: It is written for the dreamers of this world - the people who KNOW that something different is possible - but who have never had the tools before.... This is a Handbook for Generating Infinite Possibilities and Dynamic Change. For you. And the world. Ten years ago, Dr. Dain Heer started as a chiropractor in California, USA. Seemingly successful and happy, Dain Heer was on the verge of suicide when he came across Access Consciousness. With this modality, based on question and choice, Dr. Heer's life began to expand and grow with more ease and speed than even he could have imagined possible.
