What made the experience of listening to No More Fatigue the most enjoyable?

It makes sense, a lot of examples. Lots of information.

What other book might you compare No More Fatigue to and why?

Positive Energy by Judith Orloff because she also has a lot of information - she gives a lot of information regarding fun and relaxing things to do as far as gaining energy.

Which scene was your favorite?

None

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were many moments regarding a lot of other information that I had read in other books that finally made sense or "clicked".

Any additional comments?

I recommend this book to everyone, male or female, young or old even if you don't have any issues with energy. It is a great book about nutrition and health in general.

What did you like best about Solving the Paleo Equation? What did you like least?

It is funny and light

What does Dave von Kleist and Matt Stone bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I think the humor part

Do you think Solving the Paleo Equation needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No

Any additional comments?

This book just makes losing weight more confusing. It basically states that we aren't doing it right but doesn't offer clear cut way of losing weight, almost seems to endorse gaining weight (temporarily) but I am not sure the book explains in enough detail how to lose it after you have gained it. In any event, no woman in her right mind wants to gain any weight even if it has a promise of being leaner later!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely not. Too much information to absorb.

Be prepared for a lot of information. Well worth listening to. Wished it had a PDF with it when it came to the last chapter on vitamins and supplements.
