Where Brave Men Fall - A groundbreaking and disturbing history that exposes American and British back-room politics, treason, and wartime espionage while laying bare the story of one of the greatest Allied military disasters and betrayals of World War Two. Great story ruined by virtual voice narratition
Reviewed: 06-07-24
I was looking forward to this story, I saw the virtual voice narration and would give it a try but it really ruined it. Not only did it read the notations to what were probably from pictures included in the book. I would randomly speak numbers that were page numbers and almost made my want to just stop listening to it. One the more disturbing things was when the text referenced what I was Junkers 88 planes but the JU-88 acronym it read out Jew-88 which probably wasn't the best translation maybe read out J.U.-88. I will not listen to another book that has a virtual voice narration. Next time pay for a real human narrator.
