Virtual voice computer generated narration was terrible!
Reviewed: 01-14-25
I like the storyline a lot, and I kept with it thinking I was going to get used to the computer generated narrator. However, it became like torture. I had all I could do to stick with it, but I had to because I had to know the ending and then it meant listening to another book. Yikes. I really believe that if this is going to be done, then they need to really work on character change with voice change over between the characters. I think it would be a little bit easier to listen. There has to be a better way. I don’t think I’m going to be choosing another book that is done this way until I can see improvement.

I found it better then some of the reviews.

Yes the murders were gruesome and hard to contemplate, however the book was well written, well narrated in the story line and character building was well done.
I found it very intriguing and had to keep going to learn more about all the mysteries behind the characters and I'm glad I didn't skip it based off prior written reviews. This book was part of building the story up for more to come and I considered it well done.
