TED and Audible present, Sincerely, X, featuring speakers whose ideas deserve to be heard but whose identities must remain hidden. From lifesaving rituals to the unexpected gift of a prison sentence to the consequence of physician burnout; you won’t know the storyteller’s name, but their story may change you forever.

Naomi wasn’t just running away from her wedding. She was riding to the rescue of her twin. Too bad for Naomi, her evil twin hasn’t changed at all. After helping herself to Naomi’s car and cash, Tina leaves her with a niece she didn’t know she had. Now, she’s stuck in town with no car, no job, no home - and an 11-year-old to take care of. Since Naomi’s life imploded right in front of him, the least Knox can do is help her out. And just as soon as she's out of trouble, he can get back to his peaceful, solitary life. That’s the plan, until the trouble turns to real danger.

Beckett: If you’re reading this, well, you know the last-letter drill. You made it. I didn’t. Get off the guilt train, because I know if there was any chance you could have saved me, you would have. I need one thing from you: get out of the army and get to Telluride. My little sister Ella’s raising the twins alone. She’s too independent and won’t accept help easily, but she has lost our grandmother, our parents, and now me. It’s too much for anyone to endure. And here’s the kicker: there’s something else you don’t know that’s tearing her family apart.

Story
Dr. Briana Ortiz’s life is seriously flatlining. Her divorce is just about finalized, her brother’s running out of time to find a kidney donor, and that promotion she wants? Oh, that’s probably going to the new man-doctor who’s already registering eighty-friggin’-seven on Briana’s “pain in my ass” scale. But just when all systems are set to hate, Dr. Jacob Maddox completely flips the game . . . by sending Briana a letter. And it’s a really good letter. Like the kind that proves that Jacob isn’t actually Satan.

I really enjoyed this read. The only reason for the 4 stars is the redundancy in some prevailing emotions which I would have preferred to be summarized a bit sooner.

Story
I wanted to lose myself in the small town of Pelion, Maine. To forget everything I had left behind. The sound of rain. The blood. The coldness of a gun against my skin. For six months, each breath has been a reminder that I survived—and my dad didn't. I'm almost safe again. But the moment I meet Archer Hale, my entire world tilts on its axis . . . and never rights itself again. Until I trespass into his strange, silent, and isolated world, Archer communicates with no one. Yet in his whiskey-colored eyes, something intangible happens between us.

This book has a good storyline with characters you can really connect to. The only reason for the decrease in star rating for me is that it felt a bit corny at times.

I went I to this book very optimistic but found it not to be of my liking. The storyline moves slowly and lacks the plot twist that keep me interested in a dark romance novel.

Being a country girl myself and living on a ranch, this was a wonderfully informative book to listen to! I have wanted chickens for years but wasn't sure how to get started or what equipment, supplies, etc., would be needed. The author does a wonderful job breaking it down and making a large undertaking feel digestible and feasible.

My 3-year-old Grandson and I listened to this while on a recent outing. Even though he didn't know many of the answers, he had a great time shouting out what he thought to be correct and then giggling when the answer was something else. The narrator is engaging and the content is fun, for adults and kids alike.

I found this book to not only offer insightful guidance but to do so in a way that appeals to those whose Christianity is their base for decision-making and guidance. The author uses concepts often taught in Christianity to help emphasize not only what a healthy lifestyle can be but also how these concepts can guide one's struggles through, and eventually out of, addiction and other traumas.
