Brilliant! I have been on this diet for about two months and I have lost 16 pounds - mostly because I no longer eat ice cream. Now the idea of sweets is just not appealing and my eating choices are far more healthy. This is a very informative book. I don't think you will be disappointed if you purchase this book. You certainly get your money's worth. Worth!

I pre-ordered it and had it sent to my sister so she could send it to me here in Spain - BUT - my sister KEPT it!!! Ha ha ha ! I had to order another copy and had i sent straight here so no one else would steal my copy!! I am a vegan and make half of her recipes adapted for me and the rest for my family - never a dislike from this book!!!! Lovely and nice to cook together

I especially liked the pasta e fagioli and lentil soup recipes. The diet itself is easy to follow and is actually realistic, but you do have to be willing to prep and cook versus relying on processed foods. Fnatastic
