fantastic

Excellent!!! Only tried three recipes but they've all been so good. Hard to believe they are light. Recently made the jerk chicken tacos from this book and couldn't figure how it would be good with so few ingredients. WOW! Amazing, once again. My new favorite cookbook. That's amazing

useful and grateful cookbook!

This cookbook helped so much. A true beginner, not the best cook and want to be healthy. The book is easy to follow, full of useful information and totally healthy! Recommend!

Very nice book

I decided to try this "diet" book because my husband has heart disease at a young age. It really isn't a diet but a lifestyle of healthy eating. We did a lot of this already but I really love this book and it explains this type of eating perfectly. I was happily surprised at how many recipes there are. So far I made two dishes and they were delicious, easy to make and quick. Even my kids liked them. I'm so happy I found this book. It had really inspired us to eat better and enjoy food and life. I can't wait to try more recipes!! Again there are tons of them using easy to find ingredients. I am really happy! Thanks

Awesome love

Looking for a eating plan that gives more options to a low carb diet, that you can live with and still loose weight. I think this will work when I get my mind disciplined. Good book

Wonderfull!

The first recipe I made was the one on the cover, and it's unbelievably tasty! I've made probably 6 or 7 of the recipes and they've all been excellent. Can't wait to make more!

Best Mediterranean Diet ever!

Jennifer has succeeded in creating exquisitely designed and easy to use recipes with minimal effort in the kitchen. Her personal writing style is a bit unusual, but once you get used to it, you feel comfortable and even more interested in what you are going to experience. I tried the Greek chicken breast recipe, which is great.

Good job!

The recipes all look very good and there is a nice variety. My one disappointment is that, while food groups, nutritional values and number of servings per recipe are provided, the serving size is not indicated. Awesome!

Must have!

This is a beautiful cookbook! The recipes are so delicious and flavorful - there’s nothing worse than working hard to prepare a meal and having it be bland. These recipes are incredible! So happy I got this book. It’s well written with plenty of tips and the photos are lovely.
