The narration was very good. I liked the narrator's voice and tone.
The story was entertaining. Matt is now the sheriff of a small town in Montana when he discovers the corruption from one family and their accomplices. He sets out to destroy their grip on the town. There is lots of blood and gore throughout the story.

Audible review: The narration was very good, with a nice voice and kept the story interesting.
Book review: I didn't particularly like Ellie, especially in the first half of the story. I thought she was selfish and used Cal. Cal was deeply in love with her and determined to get Ellie to change her mind about him. The suspense side of the story was good and well written.

This is a shorter book in the Matt Deal series. I listed to the audible version. The narration was good, easy to understand and to listen.
The story is fast paced and wraps up some previous storylines.I would not recommend this book as a standalone, but start with Vol. 1. Matt is a fierce character fighting for justice in a future time filled with evil killers and corruption.

I listened to the audible version of this book and thought the narrator was good, keeping the story interesting and easy to understand.
The story was very graphic in describing the violence along with numerous sex scenes. I was aware of this before reading so it wasn't a surprise.
Set in the future the storyline deals with several issues including rape, assaults, corruption, drugs, crime boses and revenge. There are still loose ends at the conclusion of this book so I will continue to the next one.

I enjoyed both the narration and the story. The narrator used different voices and his accents were easy to understand.
I also enjoyed the story. The main character, Ian, is very likeable, a hard worker with compassion and morals. I thought the story was original and flowed well.

An exciting thriller for our time. Internet stalking and reviews for everything can be deadly in this newest release by Stephen Bentley. Two detectives are on the hunt for a serial killer named the Rose Slayer by the press. Old fashioned police work isn't enough to catch a break but the computer searches lead to a connection to an online book review forum.
I listened to the audiobook and liked the narrator. He had a good pace, nice voice, and kept the story interesting with his voice inflections.

Audiobook review 5.0: I did enjoy the narrator. She had good voice inflections. It was difficult to keep up with now and then chapters occasionally on the audible.
Story review 3.5: I was expecting a psychological thriller but this wasn't one. I did enjoy the story although I had figured out a few of the twists before they were revealed. I found it hard to believe the omissions Aimee made on her job application were not discovered immediately. I also found it annoying she lied about the weirdest things.
The military story was interesting and was told well. I also enjoyed her friendship relationship with her girlfriends.

These was my least favorite book of the epic series. The narration was good. if you have read the previous books as I have, you will find lots of repetitive detail in this conclusion. There was not as much action in this story. I am glad to have finished the series although sad it had to end.

Audiobook review:
I enjoyed the narrator. His pronunciation was clear, displayed emotions, and was pleasant.
The story was good. Walter, a public defender, was facing an uphill battle in defending Samuel and then he discovered the corruption. He adds exposing this corruption as his mission. If you like legal thrillers, I recommend this story.
I thought there was several repetitive statements made in the story and I was confused with his response to Susan's betrayal in the courtroom when he knew about it earlier. Because of these items, I've rated it only 4 stars. As others have mentioned, Walter's friend, Matt, is in the background not the main character.
