This audiobook is a mix of common sense and unique ideas, approaches, and processes in the art of organizing your stressless life. I found it helpful, informative and sometimes reassuring that at least sometimes, I feel like I am taking a good approach. It gives you practical, easy to understand tips to add some positive changes to your life. Simply by moving around some things to the back of your priorities, you can set up the energy in your life to work for you. Very useful. But the book also is full of ideas for making order in your environment, it is valuable audiobook to add to your self-help library.

Love this useful audio edition for Parenting Baby by Emily Jeffers, and it is an absolute must-have resource for every parent. This book provides wonderful information about what to expect at each stage in a baby's development. This author is incredibly thorough. And most of the necessary info in 95 pages only or 2 hours of fascinating listening! Every question I've had as my baby has progressed from newborn to infant has been thoroughly answered in the pages of this book. I would definitely recommend this book to any new parent!

Written and narrated in an engaging manner that kept me glued to the first book, then immediately diving into the next. No cliffhanger, just enjoyable, fascinating, sexy listening.

The author's descriptions of the nature of depression disease are clear and comprehensive, making the material easy to understand and relate to my cause. This is the first book I've listened to about depression that hasn't made me feel depressed. Full of common sense and traditional approach to depression cure. Doesn't promise any fast solution because in depression condition it is just not existing; sufferers know it. But it gives good advice on what to do to help yourself while having professional treatment.

This audiobook takes a very different approach than most weight loss books. Allyson Hodge has provided concrete tools to help you understand how you became overweight and how to manage it. I have yo-yo dieted most of my life starting in my 20's. Can't tell you how many time I have dropped weight only to resume my same eating patterns and gain it all back. I believe by doing the work, I will be able to understand myself better and maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life. The book is well organized, pleasant to listen to and not overtime.
