A must listen. Big thumbs up!

This book has totally changed my views on hard times in my life and spirituality. It is a great addition to previous Mental Hygiene: How to Change your Mind which I purchased before. I feel It changed my life for the better. Thank you for such valid books written very clearly and straightforward. A must listen. Big thumbs up!

Love this book.

How to Heal Your Soul is good support for people who are facing hard times and situations or even for those who want to become stress resistant or mentally stable person. Sometimes when nobody around and you need help, listen to this book and calm down your mind. It explains many things. When you know, many things seem easier, or you understand that you need only just some time to get things better. Everything will be good. Peace and love to everyone!

So much amazing information in this audiobook.

So much amazing information in this audiobook. Anthony gives you all the tools you need, but at the same time, doesn't pressure you to do it all RIGHT THIS SECOND or perfectly, which is great for someone like me who gets easily overwhelmed by information overload. He's very clear that any steps you take are great and you're doing just fine, wherever you're at.

Very helpful.

This audiobook has been very helpful in understanding the causes behind certain emotions and healthy ways to process them. Everyone should listen to this. Unbelievable understanding of our psyche and how it works to create our best life if we have a whole mind with all the parts working together to accompany us through life. It's totally different from other self-help books I've read and listened. Very empowering and insightful. Now that I understand what my emotions really mean, I can cope with them. I'm rooting out my bad emotional habits (most of them I wasn't even aware of). Yes, it's a big book for me, and it's thorough and has the potential to heal deep emotional scars.

This book is very useful

This book is very useful, and gives much more information than I thought it would for such kind short listening! It provides the resources for a balanced, positive approach/ connecting to the present; living with intention and with strength on many levels! The key is practicing (the book can't do that for you) and making the tools provided part of your life and routine.

Amazing.

I'm a clinical psychology student. I'm only in my first year and this audiobook explains so many things!! I love how detailed it is and the way it gives examples and ways to work things out. I'm not fluent in English and it's still very easy to understand. Definitely, recommend this audiobook to people who are going through some stress, psychological and health problems or future psychology or counseling students. I hope to see more books about different themes soon.
