This book could not come at better time, seriously, our family kids are growing that age when you are leaving the teens age and becoming a young adult person. Their personalities are changing and as a 35 years old person I deal with my own communication problems still, my husband does to at 40’s. Because growing in 90’s talking from my experience I couldn’t express it was not allowed if you were a kid. If something bad happened people wouldn’t believe you. As an adult I want to express myself and sometimes that comes as if I am imposing my beliefs as if I have to defend them. Now our young generations they had their own traumas specifically and as this audiobook states is important to build a bridge of communication where everyone can communicate not feeling overwhelmed by different conceptions of particular situations. Amazing couldn’t recommend this enough.

If you feel like you are dealing with a person with narcissistic traits, recognition is the first step, specifically if you are co-parenting with a narcissistic person. You would find a lot of helpful information to start acting, to help your child or children emotional development. I had to deal with a narcissist parent and it hurt to see my other parent suffer from it. I think is a team work and it would be amazing if we give support our children emotional development, remember we are passing our fears to them so working together is the key. Even if future relationships affect them as adults.

I love herbs and the book talk about habits as well. Habits because we are different organisms with different conditions. What’s more helpful is the fact that you can avoid bad reactions based on your own conditions. Some people just stopped because they had a bad reaction, and probably because they are not investigating enough. This is a wonderful guide to understand what can be mixed or not. What can suit you better or what to avoid. For example ashwaganda, I recently discovered is best to use for a certain amount of time.

I’m so into this kind of books or audiobooks in this case that show the use of plants to survive in certain situations. I read a book not long time ago thad also refers to the importance of knowing of plants and benefits in case of war or natural disasters. This one comes with cultural explanation and makes it more interesting.

In my case this book provided me more insights of how ChatGPT can help me improve my work, or businesses. For people that are hesitant this would help you understand how can ChatGPT can change your productivity. The next thing I would like to try is to implement analytics and periods to see if this is more efficient than the tool I implement at the time.

I’m using this audiobook as the positive affirmations to play while sleeping. It opens doors inside like a concert to see your food as a foundation of your emotional state. In my personal experience it affects me with low energy, sleepiness, and anxiety.
Since this books talks about spirituality, I our being as a sanctuary where we are the guardians. That said, music can give a spiritual experience, yoga can provide focus, fasting can bring consciousness. At the same time preserving positive traditions can connects us with our past and enroll us to our future. Not a conventional audiobook, but one that carries all good life lessons.

This book changed the way I feel, when I have to say no and put my priorities first. “No is a yes for me”. Follow by the testimony of a person that had a lot of trouble journaling or at least doing it day after day. Journaling has been one of my favorite things to track my consistency, to see my accomplishments, to understand myself. There is a lot of discovering and customization in journaling.
Last, I found interesting the understanding of “Self Compassion” and how to apply it to my life. This really is a piece of gold on your hands.

Educative and informative with quick exercises that would allow you to know yourself better into healing or moving from past memories in a healthier way. I would definitely gift this to my cousin since her older son have some attachment that we relate with the list of his dad at a young age, He is having therapy but this book would an amazing support in his journey of healing.
