I'd rather read a book about Jackie and Richard the ghoul. The rest is just boring and forgettable.

Story
Ekavir is a hardworking lumberjack's son. It isn't his fault crows speak in eldritch voices when he walks through the forest, or that his blood-red eyes leave the village kids shaking in their shoes. He might be the latest incarnation of a dreaded god known as the Primordial, but he never asked for that. He doesn't even know. When knights arrive hunting for the Ender of Realms, Vir loses his idyllic life along with his chance to be anything else. To grow strong enough to survive, he'll have to become the Primordial.

Disappointing
Reviewed: 11-21-24
Mc claims he would avenge friends and family, do everything to make it happen. But is a softie and doesn't have the urgency nor what it takes to actually do what he has to do. Saved 3 times due to plot armor. He would think of a logical answer but goes with his heart, this is the way author creates drama. I am glad I bought this on a sale. It is sad, because I liked the author's past work.

I enjoyed the book tremendously, narrator is on point. Only gripe was the few questionable decisions the mc did. Hopefully it wouldn't be a trend.

Fortunately, for him Woodson University and their scouts are always seeking individuals with his work ethic. The Department of Dungeon Studies sees the value of the mind and its ability to overcome all limitations. After all, they stripped the divine of their titles. Story
Miles “Shrug” Lindstrom received a quest years ago. He was the only person who could see the window, and in addition to the quest, he could also see a countdown to the end of the world. Part of him was hoping that he was just insane and had been hallucinating when he first started seeing the window. Then again, if the quest was just his imagination, he was going to be massively in debt with a rental full of useless junk. But when the countdown finally stops, what happens is nothing like he could have imagined.

If you like the magic system and same class. This might be for you. Narration is ok, there was some repeats, not edited well. While author copied a lot, he added his own spice and world building. Overall not good not bad, just ok.

Weakest of the bunch. Training montage.
Reviewed: 06-30-24
He had 3 training montages. Author decided to nerf him still. Narration is still too notch as usual. I caught myself daydreaming due to the lack of anything actually happening, just a bunch of cultivation gobledegook. All the other books was 4-5 stars, this is the only one to get 2 stars. Disappointing.
