Story
More than 30 years ago, nutrition researcher T. Colin Campbell and his team at Cornell University, in partnership with teams in China and England, embarked upon the most comprehensive study ever undertaken of the relationship between diet and the risk of developing disease. What they found, when combined with findings in Campbell's laboratory, opened their eyes to the dangers of a diet high in animal protein and the unparalleled health benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet.

Whole Foods Plant Based!
Reviewed: 02-17-22
Great book on the studies not shown in the mainstream regarding scientific benefits of a whole foods plant based diet. Shows a lot of the “dirty laundry” behind the many industries that interact and do their best to limit exposure of alternate solutions to health (very concerning indeed). I really enjoyed this book, will definitely motivate me to significantly reduce/eliminate animal foods in my diet. Now I’m curious to see other books by these two authors.

I didn’t know who Trevor Noah was nor his background. Great history of South Africa and a day in the life of a mixed person. Racism is so systemic in different countries but South Africa had next level racism. Lots of suffering and challenges faced by Trevor and his family, but with Trevors humor he presents things light heartedly to keep you engaged. Loved the book.

In this explosive new book, Sam Harris tears down the wall between scientific facts and human values, arguing that most people are simply mistaken about the relationship between morality and the rest of human knowledge. Harris urges us to think about morality in terms of human and animal well-being, viewing the experiences of conscious creatures as peaks and valleys on a "moral landscape".

Great Questions

I like what Sam Harris has presented in these topics. Truly shows where science should expand unto for the benefits of everyone. Being PC about religion will not get us far as our lives become more complex and social interactions ultimately determine our life success. Like the credits at the end, only audiobook I have seen that those this. Also hoping Sam Harris carries out research studies in the topics discussed, some of his sources may be questionable but ultimately more research into these topics should be done (by people who agree and disagree on these topics).
