Story
Encouraging, inspiring, and practical, The Grace in Aging invites all those who have ever experienced spiritual longing to awaken in their twilight years. Since aging, in and of itself, does not lead to spiritual maturity, The Grace in Aging suggests and explores causes and conditions that we can create in our lives, just as we are living them, to allow awakening to unfold - transforming the predictable sufferings of aging into profound opportunities for growth in clarity, love, compassion, and peace.

Story
Award-winning journalist Rob Moll chronicles the fascinating ways in which our brains and bodies interact with God and spiritual realities. He reports on neuroscience findings that show how our brains actually change and adapt when engaged in spiritual practices. We live longer, healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives when we cultivate the biological spiritual capacity that puts us in touch with God. God has created our bodies to fulfill the Great Commandment.

Finally, an effort of research that describes how we experience change. This book validated so many of my own hard won lessons. I’ve always believed that making meaning of my life was one of the top reasons to be alive.

Story
When it was first published, Intuitive Eating was revolutionary in its anti-dieting approach. The authors, both prominent health professionals in the field of nutrition and eating disorders, urge listeners to embrace the goal of developing body positivity and reconnecting with one’s internal wisdom about eating—to unlearn everything they were taught about calorie-counting and other aspects of diet culture and to learn about the harm of weight stigma. Today, their message is more relevant and pressing than ever.

I really appreciated the updates in this edition. I truly believe I am healing my relationship with food and body. I spent 50 years weight cycling, succumbing to diet culture. I’ve been practicing intuitive eating principles for three years, I am getting true self back!
