Very important book

The contents of this book are profound for me. Fundamental lifelong practices around food and weight are explained and I feel giddy with this shift in thinking. This book changed my life
I have been practicing intuitive eating for 2 years and no longer binge eat.
On a side note, the last 6 or so minutes of chapter 7 in the audiobook is not in the physical book. I like to listen and have the physical copy at the same time. They’re the same edition.

Highly recommend Intuitive Eating!
However, the narration is abysmal. Her voice was monotone, and the lack of inflection made it difficult to follow. I'd find myself tuning out and would have to rewind.

The book has incredible information, but I’m finding it hard to listen to the narrator. I dislike giving bad reviews but wanted to make folks aware you should listen to a portion before buying. Had I done so, I likely would not have purchased. The author’s introduction is great. Wish the whole book was her voice. To be fair, content like this is pretty personal, so the inflection and emotion in the author’s voice is what I was looking for. Book itself is excellent.

Excellent book
Highly recommended. It has great tips to really enjoy food and live a healthy life. Great narration as well.
