Story
What is the nature of space and time? How do we fit within the universe? How does the universe fit within us? There's no better guide through these mind-expanding questions than acclaimed astrophysicist and best-selling author Neil deGrasse Tyson. But today, few of us have time to contemplate the cosmos. So Tyson brings the universe down to Earth succinctly and clearly, with sparkling wit, in digestible chapters consumable anytime and anywhere in your busy day.

No Story Line, and it was like listening to Porn
Reviewed: 09-06-18
I am OK with a little sensual interaction in a story if there is a story, but this had no plot, I have no idea what the point of this book was except maybe for the author to write a bunch of his dear Penthouse letters out. It sets up with some plot of a prisoner going into virtual world for testing, and then potential meeting of new super villan in the beginning, but the entire 19 chapters of the book didn't follow up on any of that. There was no mystery or suspense, no character conflict with other characters, no ending and if the ending was supposed to be some big surprise I had 8 hours to see that coming because nothing else was going on!

Story
Jason logs into Awaken Online fed-up with reality. He's in desperate need of an escape, and this game is his ticket to finally feeling the type of power and freedom that are so sorely lacking in his real life. Awaken Online is a brand new virtual reality game that just hit the market, promising an unprecedented level of immersion. Yet Jason quickly finds himself pushed down a path he didn't expect. In this game, he isn't the hero. There are no damsels to save. There are no bad guys to vanquish.

Story
Zack Lightman has never much cared for reality. He vastly prefers the countless science-fiction movies, books, and videogames he's spent his life consuming. And too often, he catches himself wishing that some fantastic, impossible, world-altering event could arrive to whisk him off on a grand spacefaring adventure.

Good Story, not so much a page turner. no real exiting pitfalls and minor twist and turns. Will Wheaton does an OK job, but him trying to do accents is a bit of a beating.
worth reading. I really liked Ready Player One and this is not a sequel by any means, but I dont think the story comes together quite as well.

the story was hard to get fully engaged, I put it down a couple of times and started again later. I love Crichton, and this one was good, but not his best.

Struggled to finish and I was not a fan of the narrator. she had trouble doing all the voices and it became somewhat annoying. wasn't very funny, not what I expected from Douglas Adams which I am normally a big fan.
