Nice short creepypasta type horror with awful narrator

Breaks between stories would be nice. Better than monotone voice that hikes up at the end of each sentence. Stories themselves are short and the type to be told around campfire with kids

Loved an interesting take on afterlife and the way the story unfolded. The author got many details just right.

Didn't like the characters or the plot. Haven't felt the chemistry either. Everything is too one dimensional and caricature like

I enjoyed this read, pieced together short stories, dreamlike narrators, and overall melancholic cozy feel

A lot of regurgitated material as well as misrepresented "brain in your gut" concept that the author clearly doesn't understand

It really is exhausting when the main character is clueless. All tropes are predictable. Boring

the narrator was great, but the story is nauseating. I had hard time just getting to the middle of the book, and I normally listen to slow burn thrillers up to 15 hours long. This one falls short on all levels.
