Another installment of Hercules Poirot. Amazing how he takes a case that he is not being paid for. The characters were very interesting and relatable. I found this story to be enjoyable listening. Hugh Frazier as the narrator was wonderful. If you're a Poirot fans this is one for you.

That is, until Jamie makes a delivery to an old acquaintance, Tom, who works at what he calls “an animal rights organization”. Tom’s team needs a last-minute grunt to handle things on their next field visit. Jamie, eager to do anything, immediately signs on. What Tom doesn't tell Jamie is that the animals his team cares for are not here on Earth. Not our Earth, at at least. In an alternate dimension, dinosaur-like creatures named Kaiju roam a warm and human-free world.

Funny alternate world
Reviewed: 07-23-23
I found this book a wonderful romp through an alternate world. The author wrote about how the pandemic basically messed with someone, but then gave him his purpose. I found the main character likeable and relatable. The new world was well described and the inhabitants were interesting. I highly recommend this book.
