Slow burn romance with action packed storyline.

While I'll admit the book dragged in a few spots, the plot itself was an awesome hunger games-esq feel to it (as every review also states). While I'm not usually one for a skow-burn and low smut- the plot definitely made up for that. Great story and storytelling, great characters and twists, and morally greyness everywhere. Loved this universe and the badass FMC at the center of it all. I started listening to the second one in the series immediately after and am listening to it while I type this. Can't wait to see where this all goes!

This was so amazing. I love learning different ways to use CBT and add more to my toolbox. This series added more and I learned so much more than I did attending a live seminar. Very worth the purchase

Very informational! I was addicted all the way through. This taught me so much that I didn't know I was lacking in my studies of the culture.
