this series is comparable to the A.American coming home series, the characters are interesting, and the places are real enough. You can Google locations and they make sense. the narrator has a familiar voice and has a great cadence for the book overall a 5 star performance, I'm hooked

I was not quite sure where this would go the story under slowly but in a great way endearing you to the personalities with the story pressing a sense of urgency and duty to protect what's yours. executed excellently.

this is another series I will explore front to back. it expresses more than post apocalypse themes, it expresses the facts the you should be accountable for your actions prepared for the worst and self-reliant with an eye on helping those who truly need not those who would take it.

these stories all all based in the premise of the "coming home" series which is a great 10 book series. a couple errors: OPSEC (operations security) not operational, 223 and 5.56 are so much the same. but solid streets, locations and descriptions you could drive for the most part today. great work!

I never want a great well written saga to end. however, this series captivated me and I couldn't stop listening. I'd recomend it to anyone that like SHTF type books and stories.

Duke Forntain read a tiny piece incorrectly, he married Mitch and Fred not Eric and Fred. other than that it was as amazing as the rest of the series.

there is no meat on the bones... give the listener profound details that notify the listener to catagories, causes, and effects of c-ptsd and ptsd.. but never talks of tips, techniques for rehab or corrective action... then offers the listener to buy more of their books....
