great info that everyone needs to hear! only gripe is that he discourages fruit sugar which I dissagree with, also I like endurance training so I eat higher carb, but everything else is great!

I listened to long and boring scientific dialogs only to hear at the end why he still believes in "calorie counting." The whole reason I bought this was to hear the opposite b/c calorie counting doesn't work. But I will try and find another author that is genuine with their title.
