I enjoyed this Pitt novel but it needs Editing

I always enjoy a good Pitt Adventure and I was not disappointed with this one.
My only complaint is with Audible. The least they could do before offering a Title, is listen to the entire book. When you just copy the CD's to a single downloadable format, EDIT OUT THE "END OF DISK XX." This was a 14 CD set and each time I needed to swap out an imaginary disk it creates a gap in the story where one should not be. End of Rant 1.

Story
Nola Trenholm may not be psychic herself, but she’s spent enough time around people who are to know when ghosts are present, and there are definitely a few lingering spirits in her recently purchased Creole cottage in New Orleans. Something, or someone, is keeping them tethered to this world. And not all of them are benign. But with the sudden return of Sunny Ryan, Beau Ryan’s long-lost sister, Nola has plenty to distract her from her ghostly housemates.

Now, she’s passionate about her work, but that’s the only passion in her life. “Never love something that can’t love you back,” is advice her father-in-law gives her, but Hattie doesn’t follow it and falls head-over-heels for a money pit of a house. She’s determined to make it work, but disaster after disaster occurs, and Hattie’s dream might cost Kavanaugh & Son their livelihood.

Another Great Story from Mary Kay

I loved Hattie from the beginning but she became more endearing as the story went on. Gotta love a good house restoration meets TV meets mystery meets love story! The story keeps you going so you can’t put it down!

Continuing the story of Simon after his memory loss is great. I love the new character of George. He adds a comic tone which is good. I can't wait for more of this story!
