Highly disappointed!😓I love these narrators but even they can't do miracles. The story is just too bad. I couldn't even make it very far into the book. It's not a romance, it's a gripe on the Mom.😣

I thought with my favourite, Teddy Hamilton I had to check this out. Was really disappointed. The story was ok, what I was able to get to but Tad Branson's narration ruined it. I could not continue. His voice is worse than a scratching chalkboard. I don't think he will make it far in this field. I'm sorry Tad Branson.

I can't believe how boring this duet was. I thought it being by N. Knight and with these narrator's that I had to get it. It was no where near as interesting that the sample or the summary leads you to expect. If Knights name wasn't on it, I wouldn't believe it was by her. I really regret that I can't recommend this book duet. Book #2 was worst than the first book. Waste of 2 credits. I hate the way that they split 1 story into several books. It's all about the almighty dollar.

This story according to the summary and the sample was very misleading imo. I was so looking forward to this duet but was sadly let down. I struggled to continue but hoped it would get better. It was a waste of 2 credits but I plan to try and get a return on at least 1. The narrator's were not up to their usual performance. The author usually puts out fantastic books. Even though the narrators are great names and great author, it failed for me.
Sorry N.Knight but I can't recommend this one.

Let me begin with what I consider this book by far the Worst! The summary description and the sample have nothing to do with the story you actually get.
I can take bad books and just go to the next, no problem. I mean not all books are going to be so good that they stay in your head for days, but this one was the first that I can't described how bad it really is.
Maybe there is a mix up?
The narrator gave it a good shove further over the cliff.
Imo she sounded like a 12 year old reading a smut book that's as far away from any type of romance.
I recommend you skip this one real fast. I couldn't even get thru the first half of it. The ratings are way off on this one.

Fantastic series, Camorra Chronicles. I just love her whole Born in Blood Series.

Start with the Bound by Honor series, which is about 7 books. Then continues with Camorra Chronicles. It's all about a Mafia family that you fall in love with.
There are a couple of stand alone books after the Camorra Chronicles.
Raimo & Serafina Falcone and Nino & Krista Falcone are my most favorite. Savio Falcone, love his attitude.

Beware, you'll be hooked too! 😍🤗

The story was ok but not L Blakely's better story's. Emma Wilder and Teddy Hamilton are fantastic narrators. Two of my favourites.😘

I have got to say this was by far the worst story that I have ever had. Big let down. I was really disappointed. According to the reviews, especially a couple of reviewers that I follow. This should have been a great book.

The narrator's were good but this story just doesn't go Anywhere! The beginning is confusing. Then out of nowhere she is kidnapped by a psycho that leads no where. He treats her mean but leaves the reason why he took her in left field?🤔

I was so looking forward to a gritty story, that I tried to stick with the story and kept listening while doing my chores. Yet nothing but the same thing happened over and over.
No plot, no reasoning, no romance by far and no mystery.
I'm sorry but I am done. I am glad that some people enjoyed this boring, baseless merry go round story. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Save your credit for something that has a story.🤗

His Dark Game Audiobook By CD Reiss cover art

CD Reiss in my opinion is a very gifted writer. I love the way she makes them intriguing, mysterious and not overdone in the erotic department.
His Dark Game is a really interesting story. You get the urge to yell at Diane and to cheer Adam for the web he weaves around her. So much potential.
The #1 problem is the way it continually shifts back and forth has given me headaches. Just as the story gets good, it shifts to what they call, "past perfect or present era" then you're confused 😕. What the heck?
I have never seen anything like this in any of CD Reiss audio books.
The narrator's were great. Sebastian York just has one of those dreamy men's voices that you feel just roll like silk all over you.
I will eventually finish it, just not as I usually do. I have to do it only a few chapters at a time so I don't get a headache.
Don't go on the sample of the story because it isn't that way. This is what makes me mad.😰

According to description and sample sounded good, fail. The beginning was interesting and I was really getting into the story. The narrator's male voice was very sexy but as for the female, not that good. This could have been tolerated but when the line of, "o.k. daddy" came in I couldn't deal with it. Too creepy for the story.
Very disappointed, the story line and the male "Jack" had so much promise. I would not use a credit for it. It's possible this story would be better to read. The females voice "Summer" was just too weird sounding for me.
This is the first Piper Stone book that missed it's mark with the narrator's voice.
