Story
In my book, you will meet a little girl named Viola who ran from her past until she made a life-changing decision to stop running forever. This is my story, from a crumbling apartment in Central Falls, Rhode Island, to the stage in New York City, and beyond. This is the path I took to finding my purpose but also my voice in a world that didn’t always see me.

Story
When Bonnie Graham arrives at her boyfriend’s apartment in London, she is horrified to discover a dead body in a pool of blood on the floor. But she doesn’t call the police. Bonnie hides the corpse and then carefully wipes away any evidence she was ever there. Bonnie is a music teacher who spent a long, hot summer in London rehearsing with a band to play at a friend’s wedding. It was supposed to be fun, but the band members find the complicated knots of their friendships - some old, some new - unraveling as the days themselves unwind.

Great Listen

The characters were in depth so I got to know them all and the ending was a surprise. Loved this one. Narrator Imogen Church was excellent as usual. I'm putting these authors on my favorites list. No wonder both the male and female characters were authentic. A husband and wife team writing is genius.

Story
On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.

New and recommendable

More than I thought it would be. The "sensational" topic seems be the point and beside it at the same time. A good read from the pseudo-historian point of view as well as from a sci-fi reader's usual cravings. I truly believe that, should you decide to download this lengthy story and give it a turn, you won't be disappointed.

Returning home from a trip to Paris, Boston medical examiner Maura Isles confronts a nightmarish scene. Police cruisers line her street and slumped in a car at the end of Maura's driveway is a dead woman, her head bloodied by a gunshot wound. Cops and neighbors gape at her as she approaches. Only when Maura looks at the victim does she understand why everyone is so shocked by her arrival. The dead woman looks exactly like Maura.

A Grabber and a Keeper

This book hooked me from the get-go. The main character is tough and vulnerable. Guessing the "who-done-it" is only half the fun. A must hear from a seasoned audio-book listener. The narrator is especially talented and pleasant for the long haul.
