I listened to Neurosculpting for Habits first and then this. The meditations are extremely helpful to me in reshaping my relationship to anxiety as well as to day to day habits. I’m making a habit of incorporating this into my daily meditation routine.

I’ve been practicing mindfulness and considered myself a Buddhist for over 30 years. The 30 Day Wake Up Challenge has profoundly altered my relationship with my mindfulness practice and with the world as a spiritual being.
