I really liked this book overall. I think it was quite funny. I don't know if I would read it again but I think it is a fun way to look at the space hero and how they are always shown. Yahtzee's narration is also quite funny as well. #Space #Tagsgiving #Sweepstacks

I love a good science fiction novel. Forever War was one of those for me. It starts out small and then spirals down and down until you reach the end of the book. The ending is crazy but I loved it. I found it to be funny. #Future #Tagsgiving #Sweepstacks

Until now, however, the only existing biography of Churchill's wife, Clementine, was written by her daughter. Sonia Purnell finally gives Clementine her due with a deeply researched account that tells her life story, revealing how she was instrumental in softening FDR's initial dislike of her husband and paving the way for Britain's close relationship with America.

I am a life long runner and found some of the concepts he talks about interesting, Over all I found it to not be all that new or thought provoking for me. I have looked into a lot of different ways to train and this did not add much to what I have already read.
If you are not familiar with some new concepts for endurance then this is a great book with a lot of good information. I do recommend people to read it. #Endurance #Tagsgiving #Sweepstacks

Story
Austen wrote, 'I am going to take a heroine whom no-one but myself will much like' and thus introduces the handsome, clever, rich - and flawed, Emma Woodhouse. Emma is perfectly content with her life and sees no need for either love or marriage; nothing however delights her more than matchmaking her fellow residents of Highbury. But when she ignores the warnings of her good friend Mr. Knightley and attempts to arrange a suitable match for her protegee Harriet Smith, her carefully laid plans soon unravel and have consequences that she never expected.

Story
When you listen to Lily and the Octopus, you will be taken on an unforgettable ride. The magic of this novel is in the listening, and we don't want to spoil it by giving away too many details. We can tell you that this is a story about that special someone: the one you trust, the one you can't live without. For Ted Flask, that someone special is his aging companion, Lily, who happens to be a dog.

Story
The modern audience hasn't had a chance to truly appreciate the unknowing dread that readers would have felt when reading Bram Stoker's original 1897 manuscript. Most modern productions employ campiness or sound effects to try to bring back that gothic tension, but we've tried something different. By returning to Stoker's original storytelling structure - a series of letters and journal entries voiced by Jonathan Harker, Dr. Van Helsing, and other characters - with an all-star cast of narrators, we've sought to recapture its originally intended horror and power.

I got this to listen to for Halloween. I do not regret that decision. I had never read Bram Stoker's classic Dracula just seen the many iterations over the years. How he sets up the story and draws out the characters is fantastic. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good read. #Dracula #Tagsgiving #Sweepstacks.
