Book great 💅 but the performance 👀

Ok so I love this book the romance is forced but it’s not terrible, but the voices are not very good. Like when a dragon roars it’s like “rArRrrR” and it sounds stupid. The voices for the boys all sound dense and it gets annoying. But the worst part.. the end credits. I woke up in the middle of the night to audible’s inner demons narrating the credits. They told me “THIS IS SHANNON MCMANUS 👹👹👹👹👹” “THE LOST CONTINENT BY TUI T SUTHERLAND 👹👹👹👹👹👺👺👺” I don’t listen to this at night anymore. I still have nightmares where a monster is shouting at me in a demonic voice “WE HOPE THAT YOU HAVE ENJOYED THIS PRODUCTION 👺👺” I now need therapy.

No doubt about it, the fandom’s favorite book in the franchise is darkstalker, and I would have to agree. Plot is great, it’s wonderfully tragic, and philosophical but woven into a good plot. I’ve even learned to like the narrator.
