Zoe Baxter & Freddie Wills really brought this book to life. I already knew what was going to happen, but with their narration I was so into the story that I was gasping when the big reveal happened. Their accents were also wonderful.

I’ve been feral for Nero since When She Falls. 🤭🧎🏻♀️ I knew I’d love him & Gabrielle did not let me down with his character. If you read When She Loves, you know Nero is going through a huge life change & I was curious as to how he would deal with his new life and phew. The man is so complex. I loved every side of him.
I absolutely loved Blake. She’s my favorite type of FMC. The type that’ll make a man work for it & doesn’t hesitate in not giving the MMC the time of day 🤭 I loved seeing her throw Nero off his game. The tension between them is so so good 😫🫠 everything about these two was delicious.
@authorgabriellesands absolutely broke my heart in this one (idk why she likes doing this to me) 😭 I’ll need a few days to recover.

SHANE EAST CAN DO NO WRONG!! His narration is always top notch for me and for this audiobook it was no different. Zara Hampton-Brown is a new female narrator for me & I absolutely adored her as Ava!
Eli and Ava had me feeling a lot of different emotions mostly frustration, anger, & sadness. It was hard for me to see Ava act the way she did. And it hurt me that Eli acted the way he did too. Their growth was EVERYTHING I could’ve hoped it could be! 🥹💕✨

Kyle was one of those side characters that intrigued me and annoyed me at the same time. But getting to know the way he grew up and why he was the way he was? 😭😭 I’m still kicking myself for thinking that way about my lonely boi 💔😔
When Kyle and Madelyn reconnected (after they confronted their past obvs), they waisted no time. Everything felt like such a whirlwind. Kyle really showed that he was a dependable man, that he would be EVERYTHING Madelyn and Sebastian needed. And I loved seeing that so much. I loved seeing Madelyn shine after everything she’d been through, she deserves all the happiness.
