Grief but loving

I liked this book but there is a but. If you’re looking for 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 this isn’t really that. It is a love story but with sadness. I think there should be a trigger warning. I don’t want to give spoilers so I will stop there. But Shane East doesn’t disappoint. He is amazing in this narration.

Epilogue lacked closure.

This story was refreshing in that it wasn’t using the same cookie cutter as all of the other drama/romance lately. Wished there was more of an ending, maybe an epilogue, but it was still good!
The only thing that drove me absolutely crazy was the fog horn or whatever it was in between chapters!
Liked the concept, but maybe could have been keys clacking or some other computer sound ha ha!
Christian Fox is my FAVORITE! Wish he read all of the romance books!

Was enjoying this book somewhat until the male narrator started reading. So bad, I don’t even know what’s going on in the story anymore. Too distracted. He is supposed to be Italian and he sounds half Spanish and half Jean Shepard. So frustrated!!

I don’t normally listen to short stories or plays but this book is definitely worth a credit (or $5 on Amazon.) First I need to mention the cast. This ensemble is to die for. If you know these narrators then you know what I’m talking about and if not this is a great way to get to know them. There is a lot of humor in this book and the narrators pulled it off lovely. I laughed the entire way. Erin has great insight in the industry and I love the peek we get through her writing. If you haven’t read the first one go do that before you listen 😊

This book is not for the faint of heart. If you can handle a rollercoaster of a ride then you will be just fine and come out the other side with a new respect for this author. She really knows how to make you fall in love with her characters. Definitely worth 1 credit!

The first time I met Hudson Rothschild was at a wedding. I’d received an unexpected invitation to one of the swankiest venues in the city. Hudson was a groomsman and quite possibly the most gorgeous man I’d ever laid eyes on. He asked me to dance, and our chemistry was off the charts. I knew it wasn’t a good idea to get involved with him, considering the wedding I was at. But our connection was intense, and I was having a great time. Though the fun came to a screeching halt when Hudson figured out I wasn’t who I’d said I was.
