Story
Lennox Kennedy is beautiful, loud, and the love of my life. She's also my ex-girlfriend. The first time I saw her after ten years apart, I slammed into the plexiglass minutes before our game was set to begin. The second time I threw up. The third time's a charm apparently because as my fiancée and I walked into an appointment to meet the woman hired to plan our nuptials—there she was again. Obviously, I did what any smart man would do—I called off the wedding. I don't have a plan per se, other than winning back the only girl I've ever loved.

As Usual, A Great Romance from BN

This was cute, fun to pass the time to, and the characters were so nice to see again! The spice was spicy, and the story line was easy reading. I am so glad that the author found a way to continue the stories of the Langfield family and their friends.

What a boring story
Reviewed: 08-12-24
This story was boring, unrealistic, and honestly a bad purchase. I couldn’t make it through the whole series. Might have been better with the characters in other books, but sadly won’t know. Feels like a wasted credit.

Story
What do ice cream and Sadie Montgomery have in common? They're both ice cold, but one taste is never enough. I wanted to be friends - I would have even settled for her seeing me as anything but a nerd - but there was no getting through. So just like any hard-headed, red-blooded man out there, I made up my mind. I'd make my coworker fall for me.

The narrator is excruciating to listen to on this one. The story isn’t a typical MQ, and I was disappointed. I don’t know how it got such a high rating. Don’t waste your credit!

Rue Siebert might not have it all, but she has enough: a few friends she can always count on, the financial stability she yearned for as a kid, and a successful career as a biotech engineer at Kline, one of the most promising start-ups in the field of food science. Her world is stable, pleasant, and hard-fought. Until a hostile takeover and its offensively attractive front man threatens to bring it all crumbling down.

Story
Lucy is the tourist vacationing at a beach house on Prince Edward Island. Felix is the local who shows her a very good time. The only problem: Lucy doesn’t know he’s her best friend’s younger brother. Lucy and Felix’s chemistry is unreal, but the list of reasons why they need to stay away from each other is long, and they vow to never repeat that electric night again. It’s easier said than done.

This story was kind of drawn out, without much character development or interest. The author narrated the book, and it would have been better to have someone else read it. Slow narration that kind of put me to sleep instead of keeping me interested. The story was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone. It was a DNF for me, I couldn’t keep going.

Story
Beckett Langfield is grumpy, rich and hates kids. I’m an overworked, overstressed, and overweight single mom. The only reason we’re getting married is because he needs to fix a PR disaster and I am available. As in sitting next to him, in a bar, when he has this brilliant idea. Considering I just got divorced, I’m not looking to do that again. But Beckett makes me an offer that I literally can’t refuse, so I don’t.
