Story
On the night Rune’s life changed forever, blood ran in the streets. Now, in the aftermath of a devastating revolution, witches have been diminished from powerful rulers to outcasts ruthlessly hunted due to their waning magic, and Rune must hide what she is. Spending her days pretending to be nothing more than a vapid young socialite, Rune spends her nights as the Crimson Moth, a witch vigilante who rescues her kind from being purged. When a rescue goes wrong, she decides to throw the witch hunters off her scent and gain the intel she desperately needs by courting the handsome Gideon Sharpe.

This was a great wrap up to the series and the performances are really great! Loved Gabriel the most and his performance was so perfectly snarky and exhausted but such a great story arc. Recommend this series if you’re a romantasy fan!

This is the first book in this series I did audio for and now I feel like I missed out because it was really good! Performances were amazing all around. Lot was great, Nadir sounds super sexy and Gabriel had me LOL’ing he pulled off his sarcasm and loathing SO well. I’m really enjoying this series overall and highly recommend the audio books!

Used this as a reread to get ready for Onyx Storm after loving the ACOTAR graphic audios and this did not disappoint it was also amazing. I thought Violet’s narrator started out a little stiff and robotic at the very start of the book but then after 20% in she sounded normal and the whole cast was great! Will be doing art the graphic audios in this series highly recommend!!

Ok first off petition for Freddy Carter to PLS read more audiobooks. It’s actually a crime he didn’t read on Six of Crows. He’s so good and so perfect t for this specific role as well. Both narrators are truly amazing performances 100!! The story was so good as well, yes it’s YA/NA so please read/listen with the correct expectations but it was SO good! Cannot wait for the sequel and under no circumstances should the narrators change. I hope they do more audiobooks books together and I hope we get future performances from Freddy in general.

In fact, she’s determined to be a thorn in his side for the rest of her days, even as he ensures that her life in his palace is anything but a fairytale. But as Blythe discovers a new side of herself linked to his past, she’ll have to decide if she’s willing to let an unexpected spark ignite…and to discover the truth about who she really is.

So this was amazing. The story was my favorite of the trilogy and all I can say is bring your tissues. This was true enemies to lovers and the evolution of Blythe and Aris was so fun and emotional. I really hope that the follow up novella covers more of them. The performance by this narrator is my favorite ever of a single person doing multiple voices, she is truly so talented!

Story
Iris Hollow and her two older sisters are unquestionably strange. Ever since they disappeared on a suburban street in Scotland as children only to return a month a later with no memory of what happened to them, odd, eerie occurrences seem to follow in their wake. And they're changing. First, their dark hair turned white. Then, their blue eyes slowly turned black. They have insatiable appetites yet never gain weight. People find them disturbingly intoxicating, unbearably beautiful, and inexplicably dangerous.
