100 Days of Terror is a gripping terrorist thriller with compelling characters, a novel that will, undoubtedly, put fans of the genre on the edge of their seats.

Larry Temple is another master storyteller and 100 Days of Terror establishes his trademark in the terrorist thriller genre.

The clock is ticking - every attack is less than 24 hours away. FBI agent Noah Reardon is at the center of the most devastating series of attacks in US history. Singled out and taunted, Reardon and his team attempt to thwart the next attack. Everyone struggles to understand how the attacks are linked to his time in Afghanistan, or if it is simply a ruse to throw off the investigation. Every day brings more unrelenting destruction and pressure builds for immediate results. Follow Reardon on this journey of terror and redemption as he battles his own demons while attempting to stop the next attack that is always just a day away.

good story, redundant ad nauseam

Let's just count the times the exact words are repeated, 1 thru 100, at least 10 times over. You could cut the book if half for all the repeats. Story was mostly predictable, and some of the politics were offensive (to me). Maybe a bit more emphasis on Noah's mental illness (depression, PTSD, psycopath?etc.) not just calling him a functioning alcoholic. Also no way a personal that dysfunctional could maintain his job at FBI, regardless of who his friends are.

Great voice to a good read!

I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed listening to this book. I don’t want to give away anything, but I was surprised along the way, a bit freaked out at parts as well. I have to say I hope more people read it/listen to it just to start conversations about this thought provoking book.

What If ?

A thought provoking read on the cusp of all the current events occurring now. What if the things we so casually take for granted (bridges, roads, electricity, etc), were abruptly and systemically taken away? How much and how quickly would we change our ways?

Everyone should read it.
The narrator was good, the story compelling with believable characters. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

On the edge until the end

I really enjoyed Larry Temple’s story of heartbreak, personal crisis and unfathomable terror. The more I got into the story, the more I needed to know the outcome! I’m looking forward to future books from this new author.

Nice twist!

I liked this book. It had a good mix of suspense, mystery, and some historical info. Nice twist at the end!

godawful

it's written like a script "Mason walks into the room, he is chewing a cigar, the room goes quiet". it's got some good concepts but ultimately it's author is trying to raise some Republican awareness about US vulnerability - not actually write a book.
