Anxiety Relief Sleep Hypnosis
I have several sleep-guided meditations or audibles, all promising to help with getting to sleep. Most of them I find do not help, and in fact, they often produce the opposite reaction in me, I get annoyed either with the person’s voice, what they’re saying, or often the music, usually some new-age absurdity with flutes.
Loula Taylor’s voice and what she’s saying carry none of these irritations for me. Her voice is very soothing and clear, and the music is pleasant, stringy orchestral, that just drifts along nicely, not getting in the way. I enjoy listening to this audible, and find myself having to turn off my Android, whilst not remembering hearing the music only potion at the end,… meaning I slept through it.
