Very Relaxing

The narrator and the music are great on this audiobook. Although I've already been through menopause, I found this book to be a great meditation and relaxation audiobook. I liked how the narrator gave instructions and guided you through the relaxation techniques. Great buy even if you are not menopausal. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing and Therapeutic..

Even if you aren't going through menopause, I totally recommend it!
This creation of serene and peaceful meditation was wonderful. Taking a break from a hectic day to focus completely on myself. Peaceful; and relaxing.

Fell Free, Breathe Well

Are you sure that you are living a wealthy life? Just notice this question because it is really important for self love. Specially, in case of women, they have a lot of things to suffer and face in playing different roles as mother, wife, sister. So, soemtimes some mental or physical disorders bound them and she does not get way to get out of them.

This book will tell you about Menopause Meditations, specially that which practices are best for calm relief which I really loved the section of this book and other is how can you start loving yourself. So, it is a good recommendation.

I wish I'd found this sooner

Because I was dealing with some major life-changing situations, I didn't realize how much the menopause was affecting the way I was coping with them. I couldn't understand why my usual fortitude had disappeared and I found myself really struggling to get to grips with everything that was going on.
A friend suggested that a lot of it may be due to the menopause and recommended that I try out this audiobook - and it has really made a huge difference.
I am soothed, calmer and stronger. Thank you India Greene for creating this book. It honestly helped A LOT!!!!

Very calming!

I found these meditations to be very calming and gave me time to focus on myself. I like that I can jump to whatever chapter I need to, in order to address a specific issue I'm dealing with.

Great book!!

The music was very calming the narrators voice was great! I was able to close my eyes and listen to her guide me through the meditation and helped me believe everything she was saying to keep me calm even and prepare for when I hit menopause. I Highly recommend this book!

Awesome book!!!

Very great book for those needing to keep themselves centered going through the many changes of menopause. Meditations are great for those living day to day lives, even more so for those suffering through the life altering stage of menopause. I watched my mother go through this stage and I must say, I wish this book was available back then!! Never the less, it is here now and I highly recommend it. The narration is great, very well spoken, and easy to listen to!! I'm glad I have this for the next family member to deal with menopuase.

Calming Book!

The narrator and music created a very calming, soothing and relaxing atmosphere! Even though I have been through menopause, the meditations in each chapter gave me the time for focus and reflection on myself - especially chapter five! I highly recommend this book!
