I just took a vacation !

This book is astonishing! I was pleasantly surprised at how it transported me to the beach. So easy to follow. I have always said how difficult it is for me to pursue a hypnosis program, but the narrator's voice was clear and relaxing. I highly recommend this book. After the season, I felt so relaxed. This book is a go-to for me now. I highly recommend it.

Short and sweet. Loved it.

This audiobook was perfect for listening to first thing in the morning. It's short and sweet, but contains a lot of value for a quick listen. Definitely something you can listen to multiple times. Two thumbs up!

A relaxing mental vacation

Whenever I need a quick reset or unplug, I enjoy putting on Short Trip to Bliss. It is very relaxing and helps me reset my mind after a stressful day. It is short and sweet and does the job every time!

My anxiety is gone forever!!

Overthinking used to run my life. I am almost in tears thinking about it. I can't believe how far I have come thanks to this book. I am finally free. I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders and I can breathe.

Overthinking is the bane of my existence

As per usual, I was overthinking and ruminating. I needed to take some time for self-care and found this meditation/hypnosis. As I grew up in Florida near the water, but have since moved away, I very much appreciated the beach theme! Overall, it was very relaxing and I enjoyed the narration--I was able to get back to work quickly and feel centered.

Take A Mindful Break

Wow - very nice. Calming and a great way to reset and get out of the moment.. Great reminder to be mindful and take care of yourself!

Narration is nice.

Wanted it to be longer though. Will recommend and look for more from this author.

What a great book!

Worry causes fear, and fear is crippling, we don't function well or perform well on our jobs when we are worried, stop overthinking and start work work with joy and creativity.

Take Time for You

Who doesn't overthink our problems? I do. I let the weight of the problem sink in and weigh heavy on my mind. Following the suggestions of this audiobook will put you in the right frame of mind, to then go forward with whatever life throws at you. We now start to understand that true gifts are usually wrapped around a problem. Liberating! A must listen!

Guided action that was needed

It’s easy to say I was going to stop overthinking, and even with help it definitely takes work, but this book is 30 minutes of jam packed guidance that has helped me and will continue to help me with future situations!
