I loved this book! It was creative, clever, intriguing and skillfully narrated by the author. I was on the edge of my seat for many of the stories; each one is unique and innovative. I highly recommend this book! I'm going to buy the sequel, too, "A 13 Story Asylum." I can't wait for the audible version of the sequel to become available. Carl Dupre is a talented storyteller and a gifted writer.

Fantastic Book!

A majority of the stories were very good. they kept my interest and i cared about the characters. overall the narration was good, it was a little robotic and stilted in some areas, but it takes so much confidence for an author to narrate their own work that i give him tons of credit for that.

good short stories that hold my interest
