A Growing Need To Die

This is a nice collection of horror stories. Each story is well developed and pulls you into its world. It contains a good variety of plots and characters. The stories are hair raising and make you think. I found that I enjoyed all the stories and was not disappointed in any of them. The author does good job of creating a creepy atmosphere and keeping you engaged throughout each tale. Narrator Kyle James Higgins brings these worlds to life nicely and I was quickly immersed in each story.

Good Collection of Creepy Tales

Good collection of twisted horror stories. I am really hard pressed to say which one was my favorite. Each one offered up something unique and I thought as a collection they were pretty solid. While I didn't find them graphic from a horror perspective, I did like the tension and psychological horror. I felt that this collection was quite a bit different from a lot of other collections and really enjoyed the style of writing and overall tone. All in all they were neat stories and this author should definitely be on your radar if you like horror stories.

Kyle James Higgins did a great job with the narration. I loved the cadence he used and the overall energy he put into each story. He really brought the story and characters to life

An absolutely awesome anthology!

I absolutely love horror anthology’s and in A Growing Need To Die, Almost every story ends with a mic drop. You are left thinking oh I really didn’t see that coming! It is rare to get an anthology where every story is awesome, but this one comes close if not accomplish it. This is a book I highly recommend. I absolutely loved it and if you love short story horror then you’re going to love it as well and then it will be you left thinking OMG what just happened? Let me just reiterate this book is freaking awesome!

A Growing Need to Die

Personally, I thought the was a great collection of horror and suspense-based short stories. These were not over-the-top stories, they were just creepy little tales. There were not really any stories that I flat out disliked and most I actually loved. Favorite stories: The Widow's Walkway I'm Glad I killed Myself Last Night Amber Alert A Living House All of these stories were interesting and although they resonated with me as though I had heard similar stories in my past readings, none of them were really familiar and they took odd little twists that made me smile. I was given a copy of this book on request for my unbiased opinion.
