About this listen

You might think the problem would be waking up in Vegas, hungover, next to a beautiful woman who’s wearing your boxer briefs, and finding out you married her, in the middle of an epic, drunken night of festivities.

But you’d be wrong.

I, Nolan Cassidy, international charmer, and maker of mischief have fallen head over heels for Cora Delaney. I want to be married to the lass.

So, you might think the problem would be that she wants an annulment. But, again, you’d be wrong - stop getting it so wrong.

I, Nolan Cassidy, with my devil tongue and Irish accent, will no doubt change her mind.

So, does the problem lie in that she has a son who doesn't like me, and is as clever and crafty as I?

Or that I’ve only got one month until St. Patrick’s Day, to prove to my one true love that I can be a good husband, and father?

C’mere, and I’ll tell you....None of that is the problem.

I’m a problem.

My boxing days may be behind me, but the fight never left me. When I see something I want, I get it. And nothing is going to stand in my way. Not my new wife’s hesitation, nor her son’s doubts.

So buckle up, strap in. Because I’m no longer in the business of wanting.
I’m in the business of having - which is going to make for one wild Paddy’s Day.

I have a new appreciation for strawberries!

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to see strawberries the same way again! The third installment in the “A Very…” series is hilarious, steamy and sure to give you an Ocean’s Eleven feel.

The narrators, Connor Crais and Mackenzie Cartwright, embraced the characters and it was obvious just how much fun they were having with this book. Between all the different accents they knocked this book out of the park.

Perfect Accents! (Irish & Elvis)

Not sure what I was expecting this book to be like, but those expectations were blown out of the water. I loved their time in Chicago (especially the strawberry scene IYKYK). Loved the Vegas trope. And I especially loved the way Nolan dropped everything to be a part of Cora & Ashton’s life. Obviously, her reluctance was infuriating, but I loved how everyone else in the story knew she was in the wrong, too. If nothing else, read this book for the fun moments, the completely swoony hero, and of course, the Irish accents.

A tale of booze, luck, love... and strawberries ;)

I was waiting with bated breath for Mackenzie and Connor in the audiobook. I was RESPECTFULLY waiting for Connor to switch into narrator mode and ... chapter 3... Oooof, I can't breathe. Again, I say this with the utmost respect... kinda. Irish brogue, man... Sweet. Baby. Jay. Zoos.

You know you can't go wrong with Connor Crais and Mackenzie 'Mack Attack' Cartwright, but man oh man, are they stupendous in this one! And Connor knocks it out of the park (would you look at that, I made a sportsball analogy!!!) with his Irish accent, his Elvis impersonation, his Russian accent, his Mary Margaret, but when you listen to the chapter in which Nolan has a conversation with Billy you just can't believe they are not narrated by two different people!Oh, and he sings too. May God have Mercy on our souls... ;)
UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!

Would give it more stars if I could

1st Connor and Kayley are magic as a writing duo. Laugh out loud funny, fast paced, steamy perfection.

2nd Performance : Connor and MacKenzie always do a fantastic job together, but it felt like this time they pulled out all the stops. Accents, singing and so many voices. Again perfection. A word of caution, if you listen to this on Bluetooth in public, people are going to think there is something wrong with you. You will find yourself smiling and laughing out loud. You may take to fanning yourself during the steamy scenes. Just be prepared for the looks you will receive, but it is totally worth it!

Fun as always Kayley Loring 🥰

I just love the fun these two have in bed! He is a little bossy but so good it hardly matters.

Cora hides behind her son, using him as an excuse. Save me from stupid women. Say it with me now…MEN ARE NOT MIND READERS! Nolan falls and falls hard. The little action moment by Ashton and the feature by Piper were a little distraction and unnecessary, but I can see where it wasn’t meant to be.

Dream team narration by Connor and Mackenzie. Connor sings beautifully and I need him to narrate a book as an Elvis impersonator! 😂❤️

This book, as with all of Kayley’s has kept a smile on my face the entire time!

Laugh Out Loud

Oh Kayley this was a cute story…with so many laugh out loud moments. I swear I need to go back and write down some of the one liners!!! Connor and Mackenzie did a fabulous job narrating and I have throughly enjoyed this whole series.

My Thoughts on A Very Vegas St. Patrick's Day

I absolutely loved this romantic comedy. It was filled with laugh out loud moments as well as some emotional and thought-provoking ones as well. I enjoyed more moments with the kids of the steadily growing family and how important the kids are to the story. Their chapters/scenes are starting to become some of my favorites.
The main characters, Nolan and Cora were both lovable characters and I was rooting for their HEA more and more as I got to know them. They were just well written, and the storyline as a whole was excellent. So was the narration. I loved both performers and wouldn’t hesitate to listen to either again.

Feckin’ awesome!

I could listen to Connor Crais speak in an Irish accent all day! But as far as the story goes, it was amazing! I loved the Oceans 11 type vegas heist that they put together at the end, it was priceless. This is a book that I will definitely listen to again.
