Part 2 of mystery involving 2 Stradivarius heirs

This is the middle part of what is a pretty good romance suspense that has been dragged out into 3 books. 2 parts would have been enough. The romance between Aria and Case progresses, we find out at the end why Alexander & Case hate each other, and Aria makes some life changing decisions while still trying to grow her business. Plus we see more of Walker security, including Blake and Savage. Savannah Peachwood does a great job as Aria and the other women’s roles but is not very good in her men’s roles but especially harsh sounding as Case. This is a good story but overblown with filler to milk the reader into buying 3 instalments rather than editing if down to 2 or even 1 large book.

Wow

Must read. The whole series is amazing. I really love the main characters, and the ending left me speechless.

Great story

I love Lisa Renee Jones stories. They are always so good. However I did struggle some with the narrator. I don’t like how she does the male voices. She makes them all sound like they should be a butler or something. To fafafafa. I almost quit listening to the first book in this series but knowing how I love Lisa’s stories I have pushed through. I am looking forward to finding out what happens next.

So good!!

Brilliant series! I can’t wait for the last one. This love story is well written and Savannah Peachwood did a great job on the narration. The connection between Kace and Aria is fire. Instant romance and sex. Spoiler alert....it’s about time Gio shows up and there’s a cliffhanger but I don’t mind it. I look forward to the last book.

Great story

A Wicked Song by Lisa Renee Jones
Trust was a delicate word for Aria. Years of looking over her shoulder, keeping secrets had made her wary of everyone around her. Who could she trust? But Kace knew who she was. He knew her history and he was willing to stand by her side, protect her and help her. Was this a trap? She can't help but feel guilty. Her brother could be in trouble and she was living a new life with a man that worshipped her. Kace warned Aria about his dark past, but how dark exactly was it? This instalment ends on a cliffhanger, which leaves us begging this exact question. How dark was Kace's past? And why was everyone warning her? Or should she remember her father's words and the true meaning of the daisy in the wind? And was the formula closer to home than she realised? Oh, Ms Jones has done it again. A journey, filled with plenty of nail-biting moments. The plot was so suspenseful and you kept wondering when the next climax was going to send you spiralling. And trust me, it did. Throw in a few sizzling moments and Kace will have you drooling. I cannot wait to hear the final instalment.

I love it!

Well, although I have some caveats to make, it is impossible not to like this book ... or rather, this series.
Just like the first book, I was glued to the tablet .... And I can't wait until the release of the next book ....
The story is wonderful, it is a book with characters involved in secrets and hidden interests. The only problem for me is that in this book the focus is very much on building the relationship between Aria and Casy, and on the intimate relationship of the two. The book is not at all abusive, but I think other issues could have been explored, such as where Aria's brother might be, or why so many Vionlinos are appearing around them. But it is an excellent book. It is very worth it.,,

less relationship more depth

Bk 2 in my opinion is an extension of Bk 1 and could have been combined into a duet instead of a trilogy

Aria and Case continue to work on their relationship and we learn more about Alexander's true colors - and less about Aria's brother and father. There are more questions than answers and while I enjoy Lisa Renee Jones writing, this book dragged for me.

A total let down!

This sequel was a total let down. The plot development was somehow both rushed and slow. The dialogue was innane and repetitive, and the main characters became one-dimensional and annoying. Even the love scenes seemed forced and bland. It felt like either a different author wrote this, or Lisa Renee Jones was pressed to deliver this book before it was ready. I really hope that is not the case with the final installment in the series.
