Publisher's summary

Kayli Winchester is still recovering from her last adventure and is out hunting for her missing brother, Wil, when Ethan Murdock calls, asking for help. Billions of dollars have gone missing and Kayli is the perfect person to find them - as one of the few people Ethan trusts. Only one problem: The team is led by Blake Coaltar. Kayli negotiates her way into a co-lead position, but for the Academy guys, that might not be good enough. The Academy doesn't trust Blake and the last thing they want is for her to get mixed up with him. The guys can't persuade the willful Kayli to abandon the cause. They give her five days to convince them they should stay in this job. If she can't, the boys want her to walk away. Kayli goes undercover and becomes the hot topic around some of the most wealthy and powerful CEOs in Charleston. Now she has to prove she's a secret investor for old Mr. Murdock from before he disappeared, and convince them all she's the real deal. She dives into her assignment head-first, but one uncovered complication after another threatens the mission. No matter how close to the chest Kayli plays her hand, secrets have a way of being discovered, and Axel, Corey, Brandon, Marc and Raven aren't going to like the truth she's keeping from them. Being forced to work together for a week with an enemy may tear them all apart, leaving Kayli with nothing. It might be up to Blake Coaltar to save them from each other.

Deadly Cruise

Whilst Kayli Winchester is still recovering from being poisoned she is asked by Ethan Murdock, Avery, Fortune and Blake for help.

They want her along with the guys to find Billions of dollars that have gone missing. To do this they need to go on a cruise with a bunch of rich suspects. Axel gives her five days before they walk away.

Unfortunately this puts them all in the crosshairs of desperate people. If this wasn't bad enough Kayli's relationship with Axel and the team reaches breaking point at the worst possible time.

With Axel, Corey, Brandon, Marc and Raven at odds with each other and Blake over Kayli's affections it will take a miracle to not only make it out alive but with the team intact.

I found Accessory frustrating due to Kayli's behaviour with the guys but enjoyed the mystery and intrigue. This book ends on a cliffhanger and must be read with Hoax, which I'm off to get...

Female Blue Balls

Honestly I didn’t know that existed but apparently it does. You will understand more about it at the end of this book. This was my favorite book in the series. Her relationships progress and she finally goes all the way with one of the guys. The last 3-4 hours of the book was my favorite because it seems that the guys are communicating better and Kayli finally finds her backbone and starts telling the truth about her feelings thanks to Blake. I like this new confident Kayli. We also get a cameo of one of the guys from the previous academy series as well. He gives good advice and I hope those guys can help more in the next book.

Accessory

Really enjoyed this book, wanted to listen to every chance I had. BUT hated the ending, abrupt, it was like the ending of a chapter and you knew you could read on completing your thoughts. First 3 books, when the book ended you knew that story line was over, still had her missing brother to keep you interested, but this book dropped you hanging right in the middle of the story. Like the ending of a chapter but it ended the BOOK. Guess this 1 time, I'll have to buy another book just to see how this plot line ends. Don't think I'll be sharing this book because I still don't know if the entire story is worth sharing, so far it's not. Kylee is still a very feckle person in every area of her life! Don't like her.

it's good. give C.L. Stone a try

no one will accuse this of being great literature anytime soon, but it's fun. these are well written books with a fun cast of characters in the story is interesting. it's entertaining and kind of light, and most of the time the world the way it is, that's kind of all I want. the books aren't terribly expensive either which is a great especially right now.

Ok I’m done.

I seriously can’t do this series anymore. A teenager is hired to recover a billion dollars? Um ya no. I swear she is bipolar every time she gets close to one of the guys she suddenly wants to slow down ... she doesn’t then yet .... she doesn’t want it only be sex ... idk it’s really annoying. Then you have her being the boss of a team? I just can’t. Don’t bother with this series it’s truly absurd.

Love the guys, still highly dislike Kayli

I still don't understand what the guys see in her. Aside from Kayli being attractive, I don't think she's that great of a person. Not horrible, but not the kind of girl who should have so many smart and kind guys swooning over her. She is manipulative and uses everyone to serve her own wants. Because I LOVE the Academy world and the male leads I try to overlook Kayli and will definitely finish the series. I hope that Kayli will soon redeem herself, stop leading everyone on, and start being honest with the guys instead of lying, redirecting, and expecting trust while not having any herself.
This book has a fun plot and shows you more about The Academy and how it works within the team and how other members assist. C.L. Stone has really brought The Academy to life and makes me wonder if there is something similar to The Academy in real life. If not, there should be! (well... maybe not. A lot of invading of people's privacy. Tee hee!)
Please give this and the Ghost Bird series a try. They're a lot of fun!
