This book has all of the information that I wish I knew when I left high school-from car insurance and how often to change the oil, to important financial advice. What also made this book nice was that the author is a devoted Christian and his advice comes backed by high morals, which I agree with and which I’m comfortable with a couple of my newly adult children reading as they go out in the world on their own. I highly recommend this book to give young adults instruction from their first semester in college to preparing for retirement. It’s nice that the author wrote it all in one place so you can refer back to it when needed. And if you’re an older adult and are looking for good financial advice, and tips on life, it can be helpful for you too.

Great book, great advice, high morals, great information!

Being a parent is a huge responsibility. Being an adult, a daughter or son, a cousin or a nephew, a friend, a parent.. Adulting 101 is a book on how this author ’thinks’ adults should behave. Most of the principles covered are spot on, from my pov. Gave me lots confirmations (pro and con) about how I live and act. If you’re willing to be transparently introspective, this is great resource for you.

Logically be and act like an adult

I’m recommending this book to all my clients, friends and family members who are in the early stages of life! The great wisdom contained here, takes a lifetime sometimes.

Highly useful!

I got a lot of good advice and tips from this book I feel like I should have learned in school. I feel like teachers should really press the fact that if you want to be successful you really need to start early in life. There are some exceptions but for the average mind you need to be constantly doing constructive things or your life is going to be a lot more difficult than most. I would recommend this book for people in high school or graduating high school.

While there was some practical advice, it was only backed up by anecdote and fallacy (to say nothing of the "come unto God" chapter.

Boomer advice that was relevant last century

extremely offended by the authors implication that you don't need religion to be successful . also you can't ell people to both save all there money and also give it all to charity this book is full of controdictions

you don't have to be Christian to be successful!
