Loved it.
My doctor told me to reduce my stress so I thought I would try Mindfulness. I didn't know much about it so I purchased a few audio books for help. Very Good book, with lots of good insight on the practice of mindfulness. Almost wish it was longer

lots of encouraging words
i enjoyed the book very much it inspired me to meditate more and it helped me relize lots of different things to help me deal with things in my life
