Being a psychic detective who can channel only negative emotions makes Kent Raef good at catching murderers, but bad at maintaining relationships. Then Lauren Wilcox arrives with a most intriguing case: her twin sister has been murdered and is communing with Lauren's spirit—and sharing her body. Raef's the only one who can track the killer and free the spirit. But soon he begins to wonder just which twin he wants to save…and why.

New York Times best-selling Author Gina Showalter

Artist Aurora Harper is convinced she's witnessed a crime—a murder so brutal she's repressed the memories, only to paint the scene by the light of the moon. Now she needs her new neighbor, Detective Levi Reid, to help her track down the victim—and the killer. Levi's dealing with his own memory issues, but one thing he knows for sure: Harper is meant to be his, and nothing can take her away from him—not in this life…and not in death.

Two Dark ghost stories

What would have made After Moonrise better?

these were very dark stories. Yes some humor dropped in, but the over all editing made it just too Dark. Paranormal story, but oh so dark.

What could P.C. Cast and Gena Showalter have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I buy Isabelle Gordon recordings. Her story,Showalter, Ok,but Liz Chastain, AKA ?? was awful. her story, maybe could have be ok if Isabelle read both. Waste of my listening time!

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Liz Chastain is an AKA, as I have listen before under another name. Just awful, not sure what it is that she can learn to be better. Her men voices OK, but her female voice just is not good.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

happy endings, but so what, it is at the end so you feel drained and not entertained.

BoringZZZZZZZZZzzzzz....

Would you try another book from P.C. Cast and Gena Showalter and/or Isabelle Gordon and Liz Chastain ?

I love Gena Showalter that's why I got this book, but I don't think this is one of Gena's or P.C. Cast's best work. I regret wasting a credit on such a terrible book.

What could P.C. Cast and Gena Showalter have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I'm not sure??? Maybe hit the delete key and try to write it all over again.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Isabelle Gordon and Liz Chastain ?

The narrators are not the problem, they are actually good. It's the story that is the problem here. It's boring, it's missing something... you are left with an empty feeling/wanting more from the story.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

not at all.
