John Gilstrap is usually one of my favorite writers. I especially like his books about Victoria Emerson.

I hadn't checked the reviews before I read this book. I was struggling to get through the book which is unusual. Now I have seen I wasn't the only one who didn't like this book.

Jolaine from a previous book is working with them. They don't like what she is doing but there is no explanation of why she is not following their lead.

Well written and realistic. Agree regarding Jolene. Box is my fav and several times his response made me laugh aloud. Scott”s narration makes the book. Can’t wait to listen to next book.

Too much talk on the bad guys side and not enough Johnathon action. Plus Josy should have been dealt with more.

Gilstrap writes a compelling story. A Writer who knows what he is saying, writes without those back to reality " what did he say" sections. a fast enjoyable listen .

Then Basils narration matches the author in depth of knowledge....highly recommend.

Each book in the series has gotten better and better. The writing, the story, and the performance. They're very compelling listens and you can't help but pre-order the next book before you finish the current one.
