About this listen

A risen Moctezuma Threatens Texas once again with a zombie army from the south.

The Queen's finest steam gear rolls in from the California colony.

Shapeshifting Comanche form a war party to take back their lands.

It's all building toward an epic second battle of the Alamo, and this time the fate of all Texas hangs on a handful of disgraced Rangers, determined cowgirls, revolutionary veterans, and the mysterious Comanche child who could save them all.

Intriguing and well written!

I really enjoyed this book and found out to be different than anything I've read. There were many significant characters and it took me a while to keep everyone straight. I hadn't read the synopses and knew little about the story going in, so I was very unsure where it was going at first (is it a western? steampunk?), but I quickly became engrossed in the story, entwined with Comanche legends.

Zombies, the Alamo, steampunk, western, goodness

Not my normal listen/read. I have a weak spot for the Alamo. This is a blend of zombies, voodoo magic, steampunk, alternate history, Native American legends and more. It makes
For one hell of an action packed thrill ride through a time and scenario that is warped from its actual history and morphed into a weird thriller of epic proportions. Enjoy it. I sure did. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher

Alamo Rising

I received a free copy of this book. This book has a western theme to it. But it is zombie. I'm not downing it I knew what it was when I got it. If you like this type of book you will love it. Even though it wasn't my thing it was a good book if you like this genre. It would be a five star book I got it because of the narriater and enjoyed that part of it. This book should have a lot more ratings. Theo Holland does a great job narraiting this book. If my review was any help will you please click the helpful link. Thank you
