Publisher's summary

The Alaska Triangle, much like its counterpart, the Bermuda Triangle, is one of the most enigmatic places on Earth. Since 1988, over 16,000 people have mysteriously gone missing across its landscape, and over the years this region has played host to some of the strangest phenomena ever recorded. What causes this unexplained activity and what ancient mysteries may be hidden in the Last Frontier? In Alaska's Mysterious Triangle we'll explore:

  • Vortices, Portals, and Strange Phenomena
  • Missing Airplanes and People
  • Shipwrecks and Ghost Ships
  • Shadow Beings and Time Travelers
  • Extraterrestrials and UFOs
  • Unusual Creatures of the North
  • Ghosts and Hauntings
  • Governments Conspiracies and Cover-Ups
  • Connections to Lost Civilizations

different aspects of the history of Alaska

having never been to the state and only have books and TV shows about it to base my knowledge of Alaska, this book opens the door to a different background of history.

Well written

Mike does a fantastic job of organizing the information and presenting it. I love that he provides the information from multiple perspectives, and leaves it open for more. I have never been to Alaska myself, but after reading this book, I really want to explore more there!!! Thank you!!

Just nonsense

The book is largely nonsense, many of the "mysterious" incidents he refers to mundane explanations. I live in Alaska, and the author defines the "Alaska Triangle" as area that covers 1/3 of state, 8 of the 10 largest cities, and nearly 2/3 of total population of the state. He largely suggests and provides no answers beyond conspiracy and quantum mystic word salad
