There was nothing to dislike. Can’t get enough of Marco and Peyton. Even then I could hear the love Marco had for Peyton. I think even then she wanted himmm to. Always recommend reading all of Peyton brooks series. I love all of the charaaacters. I love how the narrator bring each of them alive for me to enjoy them all.i give it a five stars straight across the board. Reading them from the beginning always took my breath away whenever Peyton made up her mind to do something, she went full stream ahead. And when she investigate someone she was always on top of that situation.she always could talk a person into giving up the truth of what happened.go girl, Peyton. She is smart, and witty , and very fun to read about.justt reading about Peyton and Marco makes my day. M l Hamilton keep them books coming, so glad I start listening to your books. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the narrator and enjoyed it very much. As with all the other Peyton books, this book is suspenseful and action pack showing both the bad and good sides of society. It's fun to go back in time to tales of Peyton and Macro working to solve murders as the youngest Inspectors. This combination of author and narrator creates pure enjoyment with the author has a special talent to create characters and stories that feel real and the narrator brings every story to life. This story is just the perfect length for a nice escape.

Story is great and Kelley Hazen draws you in so you can't put the book down. I was happy to see "The Early Cases". I have the Peyton Brooks Mysteries box set and like hearing what happened before Murder in the Painted Lady.

All Hallows (A Peyton Brooks Homicide: The Early Cases Book 2) was a great read by M.L. Hamilton. Peyton and Marco are the best crime solvers in the Homicide Division. Unfortunately a football player is murdered on Halloween. The suspects look like the village people; a clown, a cowboy, and a police officer. I enjoyed reading how Peyton and Marco investigated the murder and loved Kelley Hazen's narrations as always. I can't wait to read more by the author.

I absolutely love Peyton, Marco and Abe as they solve murders. This was one of their cases from early days involving a murder at a club celebrating Halloween, costumes and all with a surprise ending. Only complaint was so short wanting more but great narration. Cannot wait for next one Velvet Sapphire. I just can't get enough of Peyton and Marco! While this listen is a bit shorter than some of the others, it still packs a punch. The chemistry between Peyton and Marco was evident even in the early days. It's also great to see some of the other characters that are mentioned throughout the other Peyton Brooks series. It also goes without saying... the storyline is engaging!

I can not imagine listing to one of these books without Kelley Hazen's spin. The performance of each character is spot on and the consistency between books is greatly appreciated.
