About this listen
Join the political and cultural fight for America's freedom - and learn how to protect our nation from the leftist agenda - with this essential guide from Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Pete Hegseth.
In American Crusade, Pete Hegseth explores whether the election of President Donald J. Trump was sign of a national rebirth, or instead the final act of a nation that has surrendered to Leftists who demand socialism, globalism, secularism, and politically correct elitism. Can real America still win? And how?
Hegseth is an old-school patriot who is on a mission to do his part to save our Republic. This book celebrates all that America stands for, while motivating and mustering fellow patriots to stand ready to defend - and save - our great country. As he travels around the country talking to American citizens from all walks of life, Hegseth reveals the common wisdom of average Americans - and how ready they are to join the cultural battlefield. Now is that time, and Hegseth has written the playbook.
American Crusade is written with the same insight, politically incorrect candor, and humor that has made his television show one of the most highly rated in America.

Behind a smokescreen of “preparing students for the new industrial economy,” early progressives had political control in mind. America’s original schools didn’t just make kids memorize facts or learn skills; they taught them to think freely and arrive at wisdom. They assigned the classics, inspired love of God and country, and raised future citizens that changed the world forever.

Story
America is great for a reason. Built on principles of freedom, rugged individualism, and self-sufficiency, no country has ever accumulated more power and wealth, abused it less, or used that power more to advance the human condition. And yet, as America blossomed, left-wing radicalism and resentment festered beneath the surface, threatening to undermine democracy in the form of social justice warriors, the deep state, and compromised institutions like academia and the mainstream media.

The Bible reveals not just butterflies and broken hearts. In Scripture, we see God’s beautiful design for the partnership of marriage. We witness friendships that cross all boundaries. We watch as families navigate the many seasons of life. Our guiding example for them all is the deepest, most abiding, foundational love ever known: God’s unconditional love for His people. In The Love Stories of the Bible Speak, Shannon Bream draws lessons from the good, the bad, and the ugly of Biblical romances, friendships, and families.

In American Marxism, Mark Levin explained how Marxist ideology has invaded our society and culture. In doing so, he exposed the institutions, scholars, and activists leading the revolution. Now, he picks up where he left off: to hold responsible the true malefactors steering our country down the wrong path. Insightful and hard-hitting as ever, Levin proves that since its establishment, the Democrat Party has set out to rewrite history and destroy the foundation of freedom in America.

Story
In 2009, Mark R. Levin galvanized conservatives with his unforgettable manifesto Liberty and Tyranny, by providing a philosophical, historical, and practical framework for halting the liberal assault on Constitution-based values. That book was about standing at the precipice of progressivism’s threat to our freedom, and now, over a decade later, we’re fully over that precipice and paying the price. In American Marxism, Levin explains how the core elements of Marxist ideology are now pervasive in American society and culture.

Only through the careful hand of his surgeons, and what doctors called a miracle, did Crenshaw's left eye recover partial vision. And yet, he persevered, completing two more deployments. Why? There are certain stories we tell ourselves about the hardships we face—we can become paralyzed by adversity or we can adapt and overcome. We can be fragile or we can find our fortitude. Crenshaw delivers a set of lessons to help you do just that.

Black Americans have long been shackled to the Democrats. Seeing no viable alternative, they have watched liberal politicians take the Black vote for granted without pledging anything in return. In Blackout, Owens argues that this automatic allegiance is both illogical and unearned. An international conspiracy among powerful bankers, business leaders, and government officials; closed-door meetings in the Swiss Alps; and calls for a radical transformation of every society on earth - the Great Reset sounds like it is one henchman-with-an-eyepatch away from being the plot for the next James Bond movie. But The Great Reset is not a work of fiction. It is a highly influential movement among the world’s elite to “reset” the global economy using banks, government programs, and environmental, social, and governance metrics.

Critic reviews
"Pete pulls no punches with this book! American Crusade delivers the same clarity, passion, and unapologetic patriotism you see from Pete every day on television. Buckle up, because Pete brings the heat!" (Sean Hannity)
"In this vitally important new book, Pete Hegseth explains what conservatives are fighting for (the America envisioned by our Founders), why we're fighting for it (America is the last best hope for the West) and what we have to do to win (unapologetically defend American values). His passion for America, a passion strengthened by his experience as a combat veteran of the Iraq War, comes across on every page. American Crusade is a call to arms. We all need to answer it." (Dennis Prager, New York Times best-selling author and nationally syndicated radio talk host)
"Pete has been a warrior on the battlefield, and now he is a warrior on the battlefield of ideas. Freedom is fragile and must be defended. Pete charts the course for crushing the Left and keeping America free." (Mark Levin, author of Unfreedom of the Press)

Chris Hedges examines the failure of the liberal class to confront the rise of the corporate state and the consequences of a liberalism that has become profoundly bankrupted. Hedges argues that there are five pillars of the liberal establishment and that each of these institutions has sold out the constituents it represented. In doing so, the liberal class has become irrelevant to society at large and ultimately the corporate power elite they once served.

Among the unsettling social shifts in the wake of 9/11 was the global attention paid to Islam. Here in the United States, we became divided, often sadly along partisan lines, between those who believed every Muslim was a potential threat and those who believed no Muslim could do wrong. For conservative Wisconsin native and former U.S. Navy lieutenant commander Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, these radical times meant facing a new reality as a devout Muslim and a patriot - a certain betrayal within his faith.

We need more Patriots like Mr. Hegseth! America as we know it is absolutely under attack by disingenuous powers that want nothing more than to destroy her and erase her from history entirely. As a country and a people we need to stand up straight with our fists at the ready to not only protect our way of life but fight for it as well!

Eye opening!
Thank you for opening my eyes to what I passed off as petty overly sensitive individuals that never have seen, been through or even lived in another country. The America I supported and defended for 21 years as a Marine is now different than the one I grew up in. People elevated toward success and took pride in their work, patriotism of America and those were the ones who knew of and fought against tyranny in the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Even though there were individuals that spoke out against the war efforts they were for the most part unheard of in the media until the 60’s and 70’s. I remember family members who served in previous wars been disgusted with the way the service members were treated, as well as the way Americans began tearing down American values and replacing them with their own ideas influenced by those who wish to do harm to America and our way of life. Great read and I will share your story and my story with others!

This book should be read by every American. It is for 21st Century America what Thomas Paine's "Common Sense" was to the colonists in 1776. One negative is the very few times Pete Hegseth uses profanity which he could have bleeped. Nevertheless, Pete is right about the need to take action, as Edmund Burke said, "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

Find your Patriotism.
This book is truly about finding and building your Patriotism. Great text. From a person with basic conservative views, this book puts my feelings into words. Also gives you fantastic advice on how to make a real change.

A true patriot
Peter is on point with everything that he says in the book. Helped to open my eyes to the things happening in the world and our country.
