About this listen

The alpha lion of Las Vegas, Ace Keller, has luck on his side, at the poker table and with the ladies, calling bluffs and breaking hearts whenever the notion strikes him.

After bonding with the alpha wolf of Montgomery, Alabama, fate flips Ace's simple world upside down when he finds himself desiring only one woman in his life - Andromeda. But not only does he want her, he needs her touch in order to live.

The bond forces them to feel each other's emotions and hear each other's thoughts, which wouldn't be a problem except Andromeda is in love with a master vampire, and Ace has dark secrets of his own that could put her in danger.

Cliff hanger of hell

This is the first book I had the pleasure of reading that didn't end in happily ever after. Mina Marty's the wrong guy falls in love with a vampire than meets and falls in love with her soul mate. The vampire does not want to loose her so he becomes the man he swore he would never become... his father. I do hope there is another book that brings the couple together.

Holy hell! This is just great for your earballs!

i was really looking forward to listening to the followup to Moon Rising but once i heard the voice of B.D. McMonnies i swear i was tingly all over. This is definitely one narrator I will be looking out for. He did an excellent job of bringing this characters to life and unfortunately I'm still conflicted cause how can we ( Mena and I) be in love with so many men. *sigh* I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Book 3 better be out soon and I mean that in the best way! Again another great story from this author, flowing on from book 1. Won't say much more as there is a lot more to come from this series!

Great listen

Book 2 picks up after our duo, Ace-alpha lion of Las Vegas and Andromeda-alpha wolf of Montgomery, AL, head to Las Vegas. Ace finds it difficult to accept that he now only craves and wants no other woman except Andromeda. It doesn't help that they need each other to survive. Andromeda is also in love with a master vampire, Phoenix. Ace has to teach her how to be the best alpha for her pack. Phoenix knows that he has to do something to break the bond & all Hell is about to break loose for Ace & Andromeda if Phoenix gets his way.

This series had me addicted from the first chapter. You get sucked in to this one & fall for all the characters. Andromeda's antics have you laughing & you can't help but love Ace. It's hard to know if you should hate to love or love to hate Phoenix. The character and world building are great & well-developed. Each character has their own personality. Put this one on your TBR or TBL via audiobook. The narrator for the Audible version is great. Has tone inflections & reach character has a different sound.

This Is A GREAT Series!!

I absolutely love this series and can’t stop thinking about each of the characters in this story. It’s not often that I think about the characters in a story and wonder what the author is going to have them do next!!! Haigwood and Conley have done this for me. There’s a lot of action and surprises to keep you glued to the story—not wanting to turn it off even for a second. Andromeda’s Reign has a lot of angst in the story and I’ve come to hate Phoenix, one of the main characters, especially in this book. I’ve always been fond of Ace and became more so as this book progressed. Andromeda (or Mena) brings out a lot of different emotions in me as I read this series. At times I’ve wanted to shake her and tell her to wake up and smell the roses—and at times I’ve felt sorry for her. For being part of a mated pair, I really don’t understand why or how she can act the way she does. Especially when she discovers and sluff’s off an event that she discovers in Ace’s past that is briefly mentioned and that I picked up on right away (pay attention to the signs on the doors). I absolutely can’t wait for the next book in this series to find out what happens next. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.

Great Story. Not a good narrator

Narrator was chewing gum or something through the whole book. Highly obnoxious. The book itself was a great story. Lots of action

Andromeda's Reign

Any additional comments?

I never knew where the story would take us, at least not until the very end. The many mysteries and twists you don't expect but adds a whole new level to the experience as I was reading. I am eager to see where else the authors will take us in the next book.
