great book with good tips and information.
I personally have anger issues and have been trying to find ways to suppress them as I’ve let it hurt my relationship with my girlfriend, friends and family. The book gave a lot of good information on how to get rid of anger and to better understand it and explanations and examples of looking in the perspective of others.

Practical, clear, book.
I have experience with many of the techniques for managing emotions in this book, but I am still calmed, inspired and renewed by reading it. It is organized well, written succinctly and in very human, funny, unpretentious language. Science, Buddhist wisdom, 12 step recovery and common sense combine for a beautiful stone cast upon the angry waters of today.

It provide the basic information to help you be aware of how to improve you're credit. Just take a look for yourself.I knew before reading this ebook that credit scores had a bigger impact on our lives than most people thought. I also knew that watching your spending and paying your bills on time are both good ways to make sure you had a decent credit rating. But thanks to this book, I more fully understand credit reports and credit scores and have practical tips on how to repair a poor rating. For example, too many inquiries into your credit rating raises a red flag, so don’t apply for too many credit products. Easy to read and follow.
